1. How to search for a replacement part?

The Cross Reference Tool was designed to guid customers to find a replacement part. You can search by either selecting a manufacturer from the list provided or by entering a specific part number and clicking the Search icon. A list of products are displayed a status and a description. Clicking the part number will provide more details.

2. There are too many results. How can I filter the search results?

When searching by manufacturer, a complete list of parts are displayed in alphabetical order by part number. You can utilze the "Filter By" options in the upper left corner to narrow down the results by:

3. How will I know which replacement I should use?

In most cases there will only be one option available for a replacement. If two options are available the "Relacement Information" section will provide specific instructions relating the the options available. In addtion, the replacement parts are broken down into two categories:

4. How will I know if the replacement part meets my certain specifications?

You can select the replacement part by clicking on the part number. Once selected, the system will display the image as well as a complete description of the part and product specifications. Additionally, any documentation for the replacement part is also available by selecting the document link.

5. How can I find the distributors in my area?

You can find a distributor in your area by clicking the "Find Nearest Location in the U.S" link found in the Quick Links section on the right hand side of the site. From here you can enter a specific zip code to narrow down your search. For locations outside the U.S, please select the equivent link in the Quick Links section.

6. Is the Cross Reference for the Classic Erie Zone Valves still available?
